North Carolina is separated into 4 parts. Each section of the state has its own specific season. Eastern North Carolina usually has the longest season which starts on October 17, 2009. Gun: Nov. 21 to Dec. 19
WESTERN NC DEER SEASON
Bow and arrow: Sept. 7 to Oct. 3 and Oct.
12 to Nov. 21
Muzzleloader: Oct. 5 to Oct. 10
Gun: Nov. 23 to Dec. 12
